None of us are allowed to move forever via the universe with a myopic vantage level. This technique ultimately fails â€" as the broader perspective overtakes us. One of the most difficult challenges is to see ourselves (and our actions at work) in context. This is a real drawback established environments. We can turn out to be distracted from our true mission by long-standing biases and mantras, together with “this is the best way it’s all the time carried out”. When organizations attain this level, features usually express that they cannot work together. To make sure, there is myopia operating.
